Have you ever looked at other people and wondered why family seems to come so naturally to them... while it doesn't for you? Maybe you've been told you're distant. Cold. Selfish. Maybe you've even started believing it yourself. In this episode, I'm sharing something deeply personal about my own relationship with family, traditions and the shame that comes from feeling different. Not to blame my childhood or my family—but to explore a question that completely changed the way I see myself: What if there's nothing wrong with you? What if you've simply been shaped by different experiences? We'll talk about childhood conditioning, family expectations, shame, and why understanding yourself is a much kinder place to begin than judging yourself. Because maybe the goal isn't becoming someone else's version of a "family person." Maybe the goal is building relationships that actually feel true to you.
