Creating a Life You Don't Need a Vacation From with Kristin Assaad

What if your regular Tuesday felt like the vacation you keep waiting for? In this episode of Her Conversations, I sit down with my friend and accountability partner Kristin Assaad: business lawyer, founder of LegalUp, host of LevelUp Podcast and, as she now proudly owns, content creator. Almost five years ago, Kristin packed up a life in Denmark that looked perfect on paper and moved to Dubai, and she hasn't craved a vacation since. In this episode: Outgrowing the box: why a good life on paper can still feel too small, and what made Kristin choose Dubai That inner voice that gets louder the more you ignore it, and how to hold gratitude and ambition at the same time How fast you can find your people when you move abroad Kristin's ordinary Tuesday: eight hours of sleep, slow mornings, iced coffee, midday pool breaks with an audiobook, and work that doesn't feel like work Redefining success: unlearning the version we were sold in our twenties and building one that actually fits the life we want now How she grew her Instagram from around 3,000 to more than 60,000 followers this year with a clear strategy, trial reels and content pillars, and by treating it like a real job instead of a hobby If you like this conversation, please feel free to share it with a friend who needs to hear some of these things!
