Ep. 1 (English version) – Eivind Bolle's stop of fishing + Prat Ar Coum oysters

Welcome to this year's first edition of Fiskerikajen Update - Fiskerikajen's new audio format, that lets you stay updated on what's going on with our partners, out on the seas - and with us at Fiskerikajen. We set out with a packed program on cod. Among other things, about how the Norwegian Minister of Fisheries Eivind Bolle's fishing stop, with great probability, meant that the stock of cod  did not collapse then in the 1970s - which is fortunately the reason why we can bring beautiful cod cod home today. We also take a trip to France and visit Yvon and Caroline's oyster farm by the river Aber-Benoit. Here we pick up Prat Ar Coum; fantastic oysters, which have a clear cucumber taste and a nice light bite. Try it if you want to try a very special merroir.
