Former BBC sports journalist and current World class triathlon-podcaster Helen Murray is on the show, to talk about her passion for languages, endurance sport and producing great content for people to enjoy on the road/ treadmill or hometrainer. Helen is the co-founder of the most popular triahlon podcast in Great Britain, but has just launched her own project called The Inside Tri Show.
