Det lover dig en mere markeret kæbelinje, symmetriske træk og – vigtigst af alt – en højere værdi på datingmarkedet. Men er det overhovedet muligt at slå sit ansigt i form? Og hvad sker der med psyken, når ens værdi som menneske bliver reduceret til et Excel-ark og en objektiv score, dikteret af fremmede på en Discord-server? I denne episode af Sund Fornuft dykker jeg ned i den ekstreme selvoptimerings-kultur. Vi ser nærmere på: Metoderne: Hvad er op og ned på mewing og thumbpulling? Manosfæren: Hvor stammer de her idealer fra, og hvorfor bliver de så hurtigt ekstreme og misogyne? Prisen for perfektion: Hvornår kammer "sund livsstil" over i kontroltab, ensomhed og spiseforstyrret adfærd?
