Ørestad - a historical tour

Ørestad was planned and erected in 30 years. It is a brand new district in Copenhagen and a gigantic project in urban planning and architecture, not seen alike since 1618 when king Christian IV founded Christianshavn in Copenhagen. In one hour this episode takes you through the entire project from the initial idea to the (almost) finished new city. The episode is financed by the Amager West Local Committee and produced in connection with Copenhagen as the world capital of architecture in 2023.
