If we flip from top down to bottom up, then mindsets must change. School is still top down with teachers telling students what they must learn. We do not foster capability to take ownership. How do you see the role of the leader/CEO in the transformation of an organisation from a control/command mindset to a freedom-based one? How can an organisation change if the leader hasn't? How should we handle employees, which are not engaged enough to participate in the  organisations development? How do decide on compensation and advancement in a flat and fluid structure? What tools do we have available to stimulate enthusiasm and engagement if individual employees choose their own projects without running the risk of negligence? What are the new skills that leaders need to foster the more self-managed way of working?
