The subject of this podcast is Archaea. Archaea is a domain of procaryotes. They resemble the ordinary bacteria but they also in some ways resembles the eukaryotes. They used to be called Archaebacteria but now it is just Archaea. Like Bacteria you find them everywhere but Archaea can be found at even more extreme places.
